Polythiol KTSH-800 is is a mercaptan (-SH) terminated polymer, used as a transparent liquid polymer curing agent. Excellent properties when combined with amines or polyamines to cure epoxy resins. Provides fast cure rates at low temperatures and in thin films.
Poly mercaptan can be used as an electronic potting adhesive to prevent moisture and dust from corroding electronic devices, and mitigate damage caused by external forces and vibrations, thus improving the stability of electronic devices.
Polythiol 309 exhibits high reactivity and enables rapid curing of epoxy resin at low temperatures or room temperature. It has excellent properties including high levels of adhesion, toughness, and transparency, resistance to yellowing, and thin-layer curing. Moreover, it demonstrates outstanding resistance to alkali, acid, oil, and water.
Polythiol 309 enables low-temperature, rapid curing, offers excellent adhesive performance, and reduces such defects as chipping, edge splintering, and cracking in the process of silicon rod cutting. In addition, it allows for quick removal after soaking in warm water. This provides an adhesive solution for efficient cutting of silicon rods.
