Product list

Vinyl resins are copolymers or terpolymers of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and other monomers. Due to it’s outstanding characteristics, our products are widely used in inks, paints, coatings, color film, discography substrate and adhesives.

The polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) resin is produced by reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and N-butyl aldehyde.

The PVB resin has good transparency, impact resistance and elasticity, good resistance to light, cold and water, good film forming and shork resistance, and also good bonding strength.

PVB resins can be divided into different levels according to their molecular weight and degree of acetalization.

Copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether (MP resin) has good binding property as a result of its special molecular structure in which ester bond is resistant to hydrolysis and combined chlorine atom is very stable.

MP resin has excellent capabilities of resisting to saponifiability, aging, hydrolysis, corrosion, acid, alkali and salt solution and good compatibility with other resins.

MP resin has good pigment wettability, excellent adhesion on plastic film, and good heat stability, can be used for air drying and physical methods of drying paint. It is widely used in composite inks.

Chlorinated Polypropylene (CPP), is a thermoplastic resin manufactured from polypropylene (PP) through chemical modification. Depending on the difference of chlorine content, its melting point is generally in the range of 80~160℃ and its decomposition temperature 120~200℃. It is easily soluble in some organic solvents like halogenated hydrocarbons, toluene, acetic ether, butanone, ester, etc. and it has high rigidity and good properties of wear-resistance, acid-proof, salt water-tolerance and aging-preventing.
